All artwork is bubble wrapped and sent out to you in strong packaging for extra security. We send securely via registered post, giving you piece of mind that it is safely on its journey to you.However if you do purchase a piece of artwork from the green art gallery and you are not completely happy with it, we do offer a full refund on the artwork when returned back to us in its original condition. We cannot cover for returned postage costs. Alternatively a new piece of artwork could be commisioned to replace your original purchase at the same price or plus, minus the difference if you decide to choose a different size piece of artwork. Please bear in mind that for commissioned artwork, allow up to four to six weeks for delivery from date of order.
At the green art gallery we match our online photographic images of the artwork as accurately as possible to the original painting, matching colour, brightness and tone. Colours, brightness and tone may vary very slightly from the original piece of artwork. We give all of our customers who purchase a piece of artwork from the green art gallery the opportunity to leave a feedback comment about the purchased artwork and the overall quality of the transaction including postage and communications. We want the artwork to be as individual as the artist and we are open to all types of artwork from two and three dimensional art, digital art, textile art, ceramic art.
It is free to exhibit your artwork with The Green Art Gallery, however we do deduct a small commission charge for each piece of artwork sold, the commission rate is set at 25% of the total price in which the artwork sells for.
